An ancient motto of the Tibetans which tells us that even when all seems lost only we can concede defeat just as we can demand a victory,that we can never be taken from our "Throne" which is our life,no matter how uneviable we percieve it to be,we have the choice to let go or to fight on, and when our demons whisper to us that the battle is just is not worth it and that we should surrender the fight, it is then that we must be strong, for it is them and not us that are weakening and their dying whispers are nothing more than a last gasp attempt to gain a victory that only you can grant or deny them.

Our journey is one of another day another victory, so celebrate the dawning of each day with the knowledge that with this day comes another victory, and whilst we must remind ourselves to tread carefully on a road littered with our own self doubt and often scorn and redicule from our peers we can look back on our journey thus far, not in anger but with pride, for only we know the price we have had to pay to get this far, "life on life 's terms" will often hit a nerve and bring into perspective the magnitude of our struggle, it is at these times that we must remember that although the road ahead may well be an uphill one, to head back on the road we have travelled thus far will only lead us to a dead end.
